I hope I'm not the only one that has to really work at being a good "homemaker". I have found that i can get by most days without having to cook, I can just throw a bunch of ingredients into the crock pot and call it good.
However, I absolutely LOATHE cleaning it! Well, here it is friends...my newest tip, and please tell me I'm not the only one that never knew this tip:

Why have I NEVER thought of this, and why don't crockpot recipes say to do it?

I just pinned one for hawaiian chicken yesterday that did say to spray it. It seems like an easy way for me to cook meat.
