New Shoes!

There's almost nothing more I love than new shoes.

I teased before about the Nike Free Run. All the reviews on the internet are great. I've met 4 people that own them, 2 loved them 2 did not. Since all my money goes to the kiddo now anything I buy above $50 I'm going to make sure I love. I decided to go to Runner's Corner to see what they suggested.

seriously, if you need new running shoes go there.

1st-they ask you what kind of a shoe you need; short distance, long distance, walking, sprinting, etc

Then they watch you run..literally. you go outside to see if you overpronate, superpronate, etc.

Then they recommend a shoe. After you try it on they ask you if there's anything you don't like, and then they will bring you a different shoe that fixes that problem perfectly. 

And they also say never buy Nike. It's the most injury prone shoe.

I love them. I tested them out with a walk to the park, and then a 3 mile jog on the treadmill. I love them. They are so lightweight too! I wore nike's before and I thought they were good. It's like a whole different experience. I can hardly tell I have a shoe on. And guess what?!? Not a single bit of shin splint pain. Yup, yesterday on my run with the nike's I did.

I love them, and all their pinkness.
